Process fees (PF)
A process fee is chargeable by the court to serve the other party involved in the case for example for serving summons, notices, and so on. Whenever anything has to be served to another party through court, pf is filed. No process shall be issued until the proper fee for its service has been paid; however, as soon as the process fee is paid by a party, a receipt in the prescribed form shall be granted by the Ahlmad and the Court-fee label indicating the fee shall then be attached to the diary of process fees and immediately punched. The process will then be prepared, but the party that requested it will be free to issue or not issue it as he sees proper.
